The Dresden Kreuzchor will perform on August 11th in the Dresden Heath to support the preservation of local forests. The free outdoor concert at the Weißer Hirsch concert venue in the city's forest will be held to collect donations for the Wald für Sachsen foundation, as announced by the choir's office. The program will include summery choral works for listening and singing along.

Following the success of the "Waldkonzert" in the Saxon Switzerland region in 2023, the Kruzianers are continuing their support for the reforestation and protection of the local tree population. Since 1996, the Wald für Sachsen foundation has been reforesting damaged areas in the Free State and aims to plant over four million new trees in the region by 2027.

The concert performed by the Dresden Kreuzchor is filled with summery choral works, making it a perfect evening of Music under the stars. Their support for Wald für Sachsen extends beyond the performance, as they encourage donations to aid in planting over four million new trees by 2027.
