- The 3D illusion-focused museum in Hamburg has commenced operations successfully at its fresh location.
The Hamburg attraction "Mindways 3D Trickart" museum has attracted thousands of patrons since its relocation to the old town during the summer vacation. Approximately 5,000 to 7,000 individuals visited within the first two weeks alone, as revealed by co-founder Carsten Dierks to the German Press Agency in Hamburg. The aim is to welcome approximately 150,000 visitors throughout the year, as stated by Dierks and his partner Peer Pubben. Established in 2018, the museum was previously situated in Hammerbrook and Hamburger Meile, Barmbek-Süd. The pair, who holds the European rights to Japanese 3D artist Masashi Hattori's images, has already established additional Trickart museums in Rostock and Berlin.
Guests are encouraged to utilize their smartphones, a touch of physical prowess, and acting abilities to capture jaw-dropping adventure photos of themselves within the museum's two levels. Stand atop a chimney in the center of Hamburg, descent a waterfall in a rowboat, evade a dinosaur, or get magically enclosed within a glass ball: By employing the right angle, the museum's approximately 35 large Hattori pieces seem as stunning 3D depictions of exhilarating encounters, making the spectators integral parts of the art themselves.
The technical aspects of creating these 3D illusions are meticulously handled by the team at Mindways 3D Trickart, ensuring a seamless experience for visitors. The museum's success can be attributed to its innovative use of The technical 3D technology, which has captured the imagination of art enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike.
