In the last few years, healthcare has gained significant importance. It's interesting to find out which providers are highly regarded by consumers. The German Institute for Service Quality in collaboration with ntv, presented the most preferred companies with the "German Health Award".

Once again, the German Institute for Service Quality, in partnership with ntv, has given out the "German Health Award". This year, over 45,000 participants decided the winners based on a survey. The research, conducted through an online panel, analyzed consumer satisfaction with healthcare providers based on factors like price-value ratio, offerings, and customer service.

Considerable factors considered

Various aspects were considered, including price-value ratio, the worth and usefulness of products or services, product range, reliability, local contact options via phone, chat, email, and social media, as well as the response to customer queries about consulting competence and friendliness. Moreover, consumer willingness to recommend was included in the overall rating.

A total of 553 companies were assessed, with 501 providers receiving at least 80 votes and entering individual evaluation.

Victors in 69 categories

Winners come from various sectors, including clinics and nursing services, medical facilities, pharmacies, and providers in areas such as accessibility & ergonomics, nutrition & dietary supplements, health products, and mental health & coaching.

Markus Hamer, Managing Director of the German Institute for Service Quality, stated, "The high customer satisfaction in healthcare providers is particularly noticeable in the range. The healthcare sector as a whole scores well to very well."

Catja Stammen, ntv's business magazine Editor-in-Chief, added, "The German Health Award, backed by ntv, promotes transparency in the health sector. The outcomes are beneficial and consumer-focused, thus conforming to our reporting's key principles."

The assessment considered various factors, such as price-value ratio, consumer satisfaction, reliability, and customer service in the realm of health and safety. The German Health Award, which encourages transparency in the health sector, recognizes winners based on these considerations.
