City utility employees found a minor gas leak at a valve in the basement. According to the fire department, the gas service was shut off and the room was aired out. About thirty minutes later, the court was able to be reoccupied. "Some individuals put their lives in peril by sidestepping the barrier and not heeding the directives of the emergency personnel," stated a spokesman for the fire department.
