Teenagers show Hitler salute and threaten 17-year-old
A group of youths threatened a 17-year-old in Zschorlau (Erzgebirgskreis) on Saturday evening and also made the Hitler salute. The four young men, aged between 14 and 18, were found near a playground and checked, as the police announced on Sunday. The investigation into threats and the use of symbols of unconstitutional organizations will be passed on to the state security service, a police spokeswoman said.
The investigation into the use of unconstitutional symbols by the youths also involves an examination of potential extremist tendencies. Worryingly, such incidents of crime and extremism are becoming more frequent in public spaces.
