A woman's romantic evening turned into a disaster when her bedroom caught fire due to lit candles. The incident occurred in Belecke near Warstein, in the Soest district, on Monday evening. The 47-year-old woman had left the bedroom in the upper floor of her single-family home and left the candles unattended. Authorities are still investigating how the fire started. unable to put out the flames herself, she called the fire department. As a result, the upper floor of the house is no longer habitable. Thankfully, no one was injured during the incident. The police said, "It's possible she was trying to create a romantic atmosphere with candles, but things didn't go as planned."
