When it comes to self-marketing, Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG) is now taking to the stage - with its own musical at Berlin's Admiralspalast. The play "Tarifzone Liebe - die Gefühle fahren Straßenbahn" is intended to be a symbol "for cohesion and mutual acceptance", the transport company announced on Monday. The one-hour musical was developed by the BVG marketing team in collaboration with a creative agency from Hamburg. The songs were specially composed and written. The play is about the love story between the streetcar "Tramara" and its passenger Alexander. The two performances are scheduled for December 4 and 5.
