Target's Recurring Car Seat Swap Promotion Returns for a 14-Day Stint

If your kid is outgrowing their current car seat or you're facing the daunting task of deep-cleaning one post-unfortunate car sickness episode, then it's time to pay a visit to Target.

The much-anticipated two-week car seat swap program kicks off this coming Sunday. From September 15 to 28, 2024, bring your outdated or expired car seat or base to any participating store, and you'll be rewarded with a 20% discount on Target Circle Bonus for a new car seat, stroller, or home gear item. remembering to deposit your old seat at the designated box within the store to claim your discount. Once done, scan the QR code on the box and hit "Add to Target Circle Bonus" or seek help from a Guest Services representative if needed. The bonus will be stored in your Target app Wallet, valid for in-store or online use until October 12, for purchasing a new car seat, stroller, highchair, bouncer, swing, jumper, walker, or stroller wagon.

This initiative has been a money-saver for my family as my kids have outgrown their car seats over the years. Since its introduction in 2016, Target claims that over 45 million pounds of car seats have been recycled through this program.
