Take That sing hit "Back for Good" on "Wetten, dass...?"

The British boy band Take That performed their cult hit "Back for Good" on "Wetten, dass...? Gary Barlow, Mark Owen and Howard Donald took to the stage in Offenburg on Saturday evening without band colleague Jason Orange. Take That had only released a new album on Friday. Originally, Robbie Williams was also part of the band. He was a guest on "Wetten, dass...?" last year.

With his 154th show, Gottschalk ends his career as a betting presenter after 36 years. Gottschalk had already left the show once before in 2011, and "Wetten, dass...?" was discontinued in 2014. There was a celebrated comeback in 2021, after which ZDF scheduled two more episodes with Gottschalk. The broadcaster has not yet announced what will happen after his departure.

Many people tuned in to watch Take That's performance of "Back for Good" on German television channel ZDF. The media coverage of the event highlighted the band's continuing popularity and the iconic status of the song. Despite the absence of band member Jason Orange, the trio delivered an energetic performance that delighted the television audience.
