Sweet/Savory Pull-Away Bread: Zesty Besty

  • 2 Dosen Keksteig, Flocken
  • 2 Tassen geriebener Mozzarella-Käse (200 g)
  • 2 Tassen Peperoni (300 g)
  • 3 Knoblauchzehen, gehackt Pergamentpapier
  • Antihaftspray
  • 1 Kastenform, 9,5 x 5 Zoll (24 x 12 cm)

Vorbereiten

  1. Backofen auf 350 °F (175 °C) vorheizen.
  2. Ein Backblech einfetten und mit Backpapier auslegen.
  3. Den Keksteig teilen und leicht flach drücken.
  4. Auf jeden Keks eine gleichmäßige Schicht Mozzarella-Käse geben.
