Right-wing extremism - Swastikas on the walls of houses in Bützow
After unknown persons sprayed swastikas on the walls of houses in Bützow (Rostock district), the police are now looking for witnesses. The perpetrators had daubed several of the anti-constitutional symbols on facades in the town center on Friday night, as the police announced on Monday. The largest was about one square meter in size. The police are taking care of removing the swastikas.

In response to the incident, authorities in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern are urging vigilance against extremist activities. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case of criminality associated with right-wing extremism in the region.
