Police - Suspicious suitcase in Dresden: road closure
A stray suitcase on the outskirts of Dresden's Old Town called the police to the scene and caused traffic disruptions on Friday. It was discovered at a bus stop on Pirnaischer Platz and the owner could not be found, the police said in the evening. "Specialists from the State Office of Criminal Investigation have been requested and will examine the piece of luggage." The area was cordoned off. Because of the operation, Wilsdruffer Straße was also cordoned off in both directions. Local public transport was also affected, they said.
