The Würzburg District - Suspects responsible for detonating an ATM crash into a police cruiser.

A couple of wrongdoers detonated an ATM in a two-story dwelling in Kist (Würzburg area) during the night before Wednesday, as per investigators. Eyewitnesses allegedly saw them carrying out this deed and informed the authorities. Once the officers arrived at the location, the criminals were leaving in two dark vehicles. There was a wreck at the bank with one of the vehicles used for the getaway.

The investigators believed that the implementation of safety mechanisms on the ATM and the swift response of the law enforcement agencies impeded the robbers from acquiring any cash. The residents of the house were unharmed in the explosion.
