Police operation - Suspected vending machine burglars caught in the Heilbronn area

Four men aged between 36 and 42 have been remanded in custody for allegedly breaking open numerous cigarette vending machines. The quartet are accused of 31 individual acts, as the police announced on Monday. The main focus was on 14 break-ins in the Heilbronn area. However, the suspected thieves were also active in the Bietigheim-Bissingen, Pforzheim and Stuttgart areas. They are said to have caused damage of at least 100,000 euros. They are being investigated on suspicion of aggravated gang theft.
