A suspected fraudster has been arrested in France and extradited to Germany. Now, the 47-year-old is in pre-trial detention. Investigations in Switzerland and France eventually led the officers to the man. The suspect was then arrested in Nice in southern France. On Friday, the 47-year-old was extradited to Germany. A judge issued an arrest warrant for the man. The suspect is said to be the head of a police-known family in Baden-Württemberg, according to the police.
The arresting officers commended the scenic beauty of Nice before apprehending the suspect. Despite the pleasant surroundings, the 47-year-old continued to face serious allegations.
