At the start of the new week, summer returns to Lower Saxony and Bremen with plenty of sunshine and temperatures up to 31 degrees - at least temporarily. After the unsettled weather of recent days, high "Kai" with a center directly over Germany brings a calmer, drier weather pattern, as reported by the German Weather Service (DWD). Dry air is expected to bring plenty of sunshine, especially on Tuesday.

According to the forecast, Lower Saxony and Bremen will see a mix of sun and clouds on Monday. Temperatures will reach a maximum of between 22 and 26 degrees. It's expected to be a bit warmer on Tuesday, with mostly sunny weather and highs between 28 and 31 degrees. The islands may remain cooler, with temperatures around 25 degrees.

"The brief dry interlude is over by Wednesday," the weather service announced. A cold front with showers and thunderstorms is expected to move in from the northwest in the early hours. Highs will range between 25 and 28 degrees, making it a bit cooler than before.

Lower Saxony enjoyed sunny weather on Tuesday, with temperatures reaching up to 31 degrees as part of the calmer pattern brought by high "Kai". Despite having a mix of sun and clouds on Monday, Bremen, located in Lower Saxony, also witnessed temperatures rising towards 28 degrees.
