The summer continues to present itself in its typical form for this year: The weather remains changeable. However, at least today, the residents of Hesse can enjoy warm and sunny weather.

As reported by the German Weather Service (DWD), temperatures up to 30 degrees are expected. Additionally, it will be sunny with only a few clouds. Overnight into Wednesday, it will remain dry and cool down to minimum temperatures of 17 to 14 degrees.

Wednesday marks the departure of the sunny weather, at least for now. While it will remain warm with highs of 26 to 29 degrees, it will mostly be heavily clouded. Throughout the day, the DWD forecasts rain showers and heavy thunderstorms moving in from the west. Overnight, the precipitation will ease off. With a slight cooling, it will mostly remain dry.

Sunny weather returns on Thursday, with only some cloudiness in the north. Highs will range from 25 to 28 degrees, remaining dry. Towards the end of the week, meteorologists expect rain showers and thunderstorms, particularly in the north.

Despite the upcoming changes in weather, the residents of Hesse have enjoyed a good stretch of sunny and warm weather. Unfortunately, the sunny spell is set to end on Wednesday, with heavy rain showers and thunderstorms expected.
