Severe heavy downpours have had a significant impact on the tiny settlement of Rudersberg in Rems-Murr-Kreis. The entire community is facing issues, with all roads shut down, as informed by a representative from the local fire department early on. The areas of Schlechtbach and Klaffenbach remain submerged in water, with the fire department struggling to reach the residents. "In some cases, individuals might be stranded," said the spokesperson. Rumors that 20 people have gone missing in the area couldn't be verified. The same notification came from the district office.
