German League - Stuttgart's volleyball team has signed Belgian athlete Martin.

The Stuttgart volleyball team from Allianz MTV has welcomed a new member, 22-year-old Belgian Pauline Martin, to the squad. She's a diagonal attacker and most recently played for the Red Rabbits Vilsbiburg. The club officially announced her signing on Wednesday.

According to Coach Konstantin Bitter, they were searching for someone who could serve as a replacement to support the position and also compete against their long-time top player, American Krystal Rivers. "Pauline, who's the best attacker in the Bundesliga regular season, drew our attention immediately," he said. The two players are expected to push each other to reach new heights.

The Swabians boasted victories in the German championship, the DVV Cup, and the Supercup during the previous season. Rivers has been the team's standout performer for a while.
