- Stuttgart's Silas absents himself from training sessions.

Looks like Silas, the Congolese footballer, might be saying goodbye to VfB Stuttgart soon. There he was, on the training ground in the morning, but strangely enough, he skipped the team's morning football session for Bundesliga. Rumors of a shift to Red Star Belgrade are circulating, with the Serbian heavyweights looking to secure a loan deal with an option to buy. The transfer window in Serbia is still open until September 13th. Red Star is set to face Stuttgart in the Champions League, and the deadline for submitting the squad list is fast approaching. Silas, at 25, became a part of VfB in 2019, but his significance to the team has decreased lately.

The Commission's implementing acts could potentially impact the transfer process if Red Star Belgrade decides to pursue a permanent deal for Silas. Despite his decreased significance to VfB Stuttgart lately, Silas might need to comply with the rules set out in the Commission's implementing acts before he can officially join Red Star.
