Strong wind gonds caused numerous damages in the North on Saturday evening. In Hamburg, the fire department was called out nearly 100 times before 20.00 hours. The fire department reported that the emergency crews were mostly alerted due to fallen tree branches, uprooted and uprooted trees, and detached building parts. The North and West of Hamburg were primarily affected. No one was injured.

Five lightly injured persons were reported, among them two children. In Eckernförde, a music event at the beach had to be cancelled due to heavy rain. The rescue centers in the North and West reported a total of nearly 200 interventions due to the storm. No one was injured, it was mostly property damage.

In the Plön district, a music event was halted due to the intense wind. The storm also caused damage to a tent at a local village festival, resulting in five minor injuries, including two children.

Despite the challenging weather conditions in Altona, the fire department managed to secure a construction site crane that had partially fallen from a building. They used heavy hydraulic equipment to separate the crane parts and individual building parts.

Given the severe weather in Neumünster and the Kreis Plön, the number of storm-related interventions surpassed 40, primarily due to fallen trees or dislodged roof tiles.
