The Straubing Tigers will have the services of forward Justin Scott in the upcoming German Ice Hockey League (DEL) season. Scott has agreed to a contract extension for another year, according to an announcement made on Tuesday by the Bavarian team.

The 28-year-old Canadian played in Germany last season, becoming a top performer for the playoff semi-finalist club. In 64 games, he scored 15 goals and assisted on 30 others. "We're delighted that Justin has decided to stay with us," said sports director Jason Dunham.
