Railroad - Storm affects train services in the Stuttgart area
A storm had discrete impacts on train traffic in the greater Stuttgart area on Wednesday. A short circuit between Ludwigsburg and Backnang caused failures on the S-Bahn line S4, as the operator announced on the short message service "X". The track section between Ebersbach/Fils and Göppingen was closed for train traffic indefinitely. Delays and partial failures were possible, German Railways (DB) stated.
