She earned respect and appreciation. "But as successful Xenia Wiest's choreographies on stage are, her behavior within the theatre operations is intolerable," the theatre's statement read. Violated employment contract
The theatre statement mentioned that as Ballet Director, Wiest had multiple times violated the duties of her employment contract. She also violated provisions of the Companies Act.
