Attacks or physical violence against someone. - State security probes homophobic slurs and assaults.

Midday, two individuals visiting the kiosk converged at Hermannplatz U-Bahn station, Neukölln, interacted with a 36-year-old male and an unidentified figure. The reason behind their meeting seemed to involve the 33-year-old collecting his forgotten pack from the latter. There was a conflict over the payment demanded by the unknown individual for the return. On the square, allegedly a flare-up occurred which led to the suspect, as per reports, punching the 33-year-old. When an on-duty employee stepped in to intervene, both victims were assaulted with a stone several times. The attacker managed to escape. EMS transported both injured males to a hospital for treatment. The stone was abandoned on-site and seized by police officers.
