Hartel's destination remains unknown, while Kemlein is headed back to Union Berlin.
Wagner, aged 20, had a stint with SpVgg Greuther Fürth in the second division the previous season. "I'm thrilled about the opportunity to progress at a club where my style of play aligns perfectly," he expressed regarding his move to FC St. Pauli.
