SSC remains top after success against Münster

SSC Palmberg Schwerin underpinned its top position in the Volleyball Bundesliga with a clear success. On Saturday evening, the team of head coach Felix Koslowski celebrated a 3:0 (25:17, 25:17, 25:19) victory and thus also triumphed in the fifth match of the season.

Münster proved to be an equal opponent in the first rallies. Schwerin then dominated the first round and earned a total of seven set points. The second half of the match ended just as clearly, with the Mecklenburg club even having eight set points.

However, it did not look like that for a long time. It was only after the score was 14:14 that the SSC was able to make things clear. The decisive third set was similar. After Münster took a 13:12 lead, SSC picked up the pace again and finally made everything clear with the second of six match points.

Next Saturday, SSC will have to play the Red Ravens Vilsbiburg. Four days later, the cup defending champions will play there again in the quarter-finals.

SSC Palmberg Schwerin, currently leading in the Women's Volleyball Bundesliga, will face the Red Ravens Vilsbiburg next Saturday. Despite a tough challenge from Münster, SSC managed to secure a 3:0 victory in the Bundesliga, with influential performances from their players, including those in SSC Palmberg Schwerin's women's team, who have been a key part of the club's success in the league.
