A court in Dessau-Roßlau has finalized its ruling against a sports coach who was found guilty of molesting a young girl for several years. The individual, aged 53, was sentenced to serve 9 years and 6 months in prison on the previous day. The victim, who was initially nine-years-old, was subjected to a shocking 229 offenses from 2017 to 2020. The judge convicted the perpetrator for committing serious sexual crimes against children as well as abusing his ward. Upon completing his sentence, he will also face a three-year ban from working in the sports industry. The defense will have to pay damages worth 25,000 Euros to the plaintiff.
