The SPD headquarters in Berlin was splattered with orange paint in the early hours of the morning. According to the police's situation center, the climate initiative "Last Generation" is said to have splattered the Willy-Brandt-Haus in the Kreuzberg district. No further details were initially provided. The Willy-Brandt-Haus is the federal headquarters of the Social Democrats.

In several cities, the group "Last Generation" carried out protest actions early in the morning. According to the organization's statements, two activists in orange safety vests managed to enter the grounds of several airports. Flight operations had to be temporarily suspended at some airports.

The climate initiative "Last Generation" advocates for bold action to combat climate change. Despite the early-morning protests and disruptions, their main focus remains raising awareness about the critical state of our climate.
