SPD leader Homann exhibits significant doubt regarding a coalition with BSW.

In Saxony, a hypothetical alliance between CDU, BSW, and SPD could theoretically materialize. The SPD's state head shows caution in his statements.

- SPD leader Homann exhibits significant doubt regarding a coalition with BSW.

Henning Homann, the leader of Saxony's SPD, expresses strong skepticism towards a potential coalition that involves the BSW. The BSW's trajectory is unclear, and there are significant voids in their election manifesto, particularly when it comes to local political matters, Homann pointed out.

One potential arrangement for a Saxony government could be a coalition between CDU, Bundnis 90/Die Gruenen, and SPD. Another possibility is a minority government made up of CDU and SPD, with BSW's support. Homann also voiced reservations about this option. He stressed that while there are formal possibilities, they don't necessarily translate to practical success. The SPD, in essence, remains open to negotiations.

In light of the potential coalition options, Henning Homann expressed concerns about the involvement of BSW in a government in Dresden, citing their unclear trajectory and lack of detail in their election manifesto. If a minority government is formed with CDU and SPD, supported by BSW, it remains to be seen if it can deliver practical success in Dresden.
