German Football League - Spanish footballer Aleix Garcia joins Bayer Leverkusen.
German champions and cup winners, Bayer Leverkusen, have secured the signing of Spanish midfielder, Aleix Garcia, from FC Girona. The 26-year-old inked a deal that will see him with the club until 2029. Garcia's release clause is valued at approximately 18 million euros.
Last season, Garcia played almost every league game for his previous club and managed to score three goals. Surprisingly, FC Girona finished third in the league, securing a spot in the Champions League next season.
