Some rain expected in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland
The weather in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland will remain unsettled at the weekend. According to the German Weather Service (DWD) on Friday, low pressure will cause mild and sometimes windy weather. Temperatures will reach 9 to 11 degrees at the start of the weekend, 7 to 10 degrees on Saturday and probably 7 to 9 degrees on Sunday. According to the DWD, there could be more frequent showers or showery rain during the course of the day on Friday.
The night into Saturday is also expected to remain rainy and during the day the DWD is expecting rain or sleet showers in some areas. The rain is then expected to decrease during the night into Sunday. During the day, the weather is expected to clear up temporarily on Sunday, with some rain only possible in the southwest, according to the DWD.
