Dresden city City of Dresden - Solarwatt halts manufacturing of battery storage units.
Based on the information shared, about 190 people are impacted by the cessation of module and storage unit manufacturing in this location. The plan is to offer jobs in other parts of the company to some of the production workers. The overall number of employees in Germany will decrease from approximately 650 to 500 - this reduction involves roles in sales and product management too.
