Nuremberg saw some fans igniting firecrackers, smoke bombs, and Bengal fireworks. Some of these explosive devices were seized by law enforcement. A police representative stated that an individual was taken into custody because he had repeatedly lit firecrackers. He also had a few unauthorized firecrackers, prompting the police to investigate a potential violation of the Explosives Act. Additionally, officers stepped in to prevent numerous physical fights. Warnings were issued to 35 people.
Approximately 500 Galatasaray Istanbul supporters congregated on the Stuttgart Castle Square on Sunday. The police provisionally detained 18 individuals due to their use of fireworks and firecrackers. Additionally, the authorities are investigating whether these fans participated in a brawl near the festivities.
