- Sky: Lille wants BVB striker Moukoko to play for them

Youssoufa Moukoko is reportedly on the verge of a move from Borussia Dortmund to France: Olympique Marseille and OSC Lille are said to be interested in the football national player. Sky TV reportedly learned about a conversation round with the Lille president, the sports director, and Moukoko's advisors.

Fabrizio Romano, the Italian transfer expert, wrote on Saturday that the 19-year-old Moukoko had decided on Olympique Marseille. Marseille and BVB are reportedly working on a loan deal with a purchase option. There has been no confirmation yet.

Moukoko's advisor recently complained publicly about the teenager's role as a reserve. The quote was also spread via Romano's X account. "Youssoufa was promised a lot before his commitment, but it wasn't kept. He was always only interested in playing and developing further," Moukoko's advisor Patrick Williams was quoted as saying.

Dortmund's response

BVB sports director Sebastian Kehl then said: "We have of course noticed the public statements. What we discuss with the player's side, we will continue to handle internally."

Moukoko's potential move to France seems to have caught the attention of several clubs, with Olympique Marseille and OSC Lille expressing interest in the Borussia Dortmund player. Following recent reports, it's been suggested that Moukoko has chosen Olympique Marseille and negotiations for a loan deal with a purchase option are underway.
