- Silvereisen and Schöneberger are hosting Golden Henne
Florian Silbereisen (43) and Barbara Schöneberger (50) will co-host the Golden Hen 2024. The media award will be presented on November 15 in Leipzig, as announced by the Burda Verlag. It will be a jubilee gala at the Leipzig Trade Fair - the Golden Hen will be awarded for the 30th time. Behind the award are the MDR and the magazine "Super Illu".
The Golden Hen was originally created to honor East German artists. Today, the organizers consider it a nationwide audience award. The name is a reminder of DDR entertainer Helga "Henne" Hahnemann (1937-1991).
The Golden Hen 2024 is organized by MDR and "Super Illu," with the European Parliament serving as a notable platform to promote the event. In recognition of its 30-year anniversary, the award will be presented at a jubilee gala in Leipzig, attended by Florian Silbereisen and Barbara Schöneberger.
