Stabbing incident - Sign of grief and moment of reflection for slain law enforcement officer
This Friday at 11:34 AM, there will be a moment of silence observed, one week after a horrific knife attack on the city center's market square. Orchestrated by a 25-year-old individual, this violent act occurred during an event hosted by the Islam-critical movement Pax Europa (BPE). This incident resulted in six men getting injured, among them a police officer. Out of these injured, the 29-year-old victim succumbed to his wounds on Sunday afternoon. The assailant, holding Afghan citizenship, had mercilessly stabbed the officer in the head. The reason behind this heinous crime remains unknown.
