Second-Highest German Football League - Sidney Raebiger moves from Frankfurt to Braunschweig
The lower-tier club Eintracht Braunschweig has acquired young midfielder Sidney Raebiger from Eintracht Frankfurt. The 19-year-old, who plays in the midfield, signed a deal lasting until June 30, 2027. The news was shared by Eintracht Braunschweig on Friday.
Before joining Frankfurt last year, Raebiger had played for teams like RB Leipzig and Greuther Fürth. However, he never made it onto the first team at Frankfurt. During the 2021/2022 season, he had a single brief appearance for Leipzig in the first league.
A German U18 national team player, Raebiger now finds himself playing for Eintracht Braunschweig.
