Not far from Berlin's Kurfürstendamm, a man was shot. According to Berlin police, the shots were fired late in the afternoon on Schlüterstraße in Charlottenburg, which crosses Ku'damm parallel to Leibnizstraße.

Police arrested a man suspected of firing the shots. Prior to this, the "Tagesspiegel" had reported on the incident.

The victim was taken to the hospital. Police provided no further details on his condition. The investigation at the scene lasted into the evening. The area around the intersection of Schlüterstraße and Mommsenstraße was cordoned off due to the investigation.

The shooting incident occurred in the Charlottenburg neighborhood, specifically on Schlüterstraße. Residents in the surrounding area were advised to avoid the cordoned-off intersection near Mommsenstraße.
