Several injured after deflagration at campsite
Several people were injured in a deflagration at a campsite in Upper Bavaria on Friday. As reported by the police, the deflagration occurred at around 11.00 a.m. in a permanently installed accommodation unit on the campsite in Taufkirchen an der Vils (Erding district).
The police assumed that three people were injured. "Nothing is yet known about the severity of the injuries," said a police spokesman. The cause and the property damage were also initially unclear.
Despite the accident at the campsite, many visitors continued to enjoy their leisure time in Upper Bavaria, unfazed. Fortunately, there have been no reported accidents in the nearby leisure areas during this period.
