Several hundred thousand euros in damage after fire in underground parking garage
A fire in an underground parking garage in the district of Mühldorf am Inn has caused damage amounting to several hundred thousand euros. Two vehicles were burnt out and a third car started to burn, the police said. The underground parking garage in Waldkraiburg is reportedly located underneath residential buildings. However, these were not damaged in the fire on Tuesday night. However, the residents of several houses had to leave the buildings in the meantime. According to initial findings, there were no injuries. The cause of the fire was initially unclear.
The fire in Upper Bavaria, specifically in Mühldorf am Inn, extended to an underground parking garage, causing substantial damage. Despite the blaze being near residential buildings in Waldkraiburg, fortunately, no structures were harmed.
