Seven injured after fire in asylum seekers' accommodation
Seven people were injured in a fire in the basement of a shelter for asylum seekers in Selb, Upper Franconia (district of Wunsiedel im Fichtelgebirge). As the police announced on Saturday, all residents had to leave the accommodation late on Friday evening. The fire department extinguished the flames. Seven people reportedly suffered smoke inhalation. One person was taken to hospital. Fire investigators from the criminal investigation department are now investigating how the fire started.
