Accidents - Serious traffic accident with injuries: Country road closed
The L323 has been closed following a serious traffic accident in Gummersbach-Lützinghausen in which two people were injured. According to the police, a truck and a van collided at an intersection on Wednesday. The truck loaded with gravel tipped onto its side after the collision. The 29-year-old driver of the van was trapped, suffered serious injuries and had to be rescued by the fire department. According to initial findings, the 53-year-old truck driver was slightly injured. Both drivers were taken to hospital. The duration of the closure initially remained unclear.
