Justice - Senior citizens' home robbed twice: 26-year-old in court
Because he allegedly robbed the same retirement home twice within just two days, a 26-year-old man has to answer to the Frankfurt Regional Court from this Tuesday (9.30 a.m.). The indictment accuses him of robbery and computer fraud. According to the indictment, in May last year he initially abused an 84-year-old resident in Frankfurt and took 220 euros in cash from him. Just one day later, according to the indictment, the pensioner was again the victim of the robber, who this time stole the EC card and then allegedly used it 14 times. The loss amounted to 2400 euros. The criminal division has scheduled several trial days for the trial.
