Search for witnesses - Seller attacked after refusing to exchange shoes

A 23-year-old shoe salesman in Bielefeld has been beaten and kicked by a customer and her alleged relatives after he refused to exchange goods. According to the police on Wednesday, a 47-year-old woman wanted to return shoes that her daughter had bought in the store. When the sales clerk refused on Tuesday, the woman slapped him in the face. This was followed by a scuffle between two sales clerks, the customer and her daughter.

A few hours later, two unknown men, one of them wearing a mask, entered the store and kicked and punched the sales clerk. They are said to have said that they had done this for their sister and cousin and then fled. The police are asking for information.
