Investigations - SEK operation in Monheim: False suspicion against 25-year-old man

Against a 34-year-old, investigations are now being conducted. He apparently falsely accused a 25-year-old of being involved in a fight with a bill and a knife in the nightlife scene. Before the search at the residence of the false suspect in Monheim, north of Leverkusen, there had been disputes several times. These involved groups with baseball bats, machetes, and even an axe. Several people were lightly injured in these incidents. The Duesseldorf Police Headquarters took over the ongoing investigations.

Pursuant to the order of the Prosecutor's Office, the residence of the 25-year-old suspect was to be searched for "evidence" and this evidence was to be seized.
