- Security personnel illegally selling tickets to the outdoor pool
Security staff sold illegal tickets at the summer pool at Insulaner in Berlin. The incidents came to light through a customer complaint, a spokesperson for Berlin's Bathing Operations said. The security staff had been "selling or distributing tickets to bathers." The Bathing Operations then immediately informed the service provider, who took "appropriate personnel measures," the spokesperson said. The security staff are no longer working in the Bathing Operations' pools. Tickets are only sold on-site until 10 a.m. for cash, otherwise, entry is only permitted with online tickets. Initially, the "Tagesspiegel" had reported this.
The summer pool incident involved security staff engaging in criminal activity by selling illegal tickets. Following the revelation, the service provider took necessary actions against the involved personnel.
