The Bodensee, extending into Germany and Austria, has been the site of two recent unfortunate incidents. Last month, Swiss authorities in Chur reported a missing 83-year-old man, whose body was later discovered by the Austrian police. Similarly, in German Bavaria, another 79-year-old man from Chur went missing, and his body was found in the Bodensee later. Both incidents occurred near Lake Constance, situated on the border of Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.
