Scuffle escalates: 20-year-old seriously injures brother
A 20-year-old seriously injured his brother during an argument in a vacation apartment in Überlingen (Lake Constance district). A scuffle between the two escalated and turned into a full-blown fight on Saturday, police said on Sunday. The suspect punched his 18-year-old brother in the face and choked him to unconsciousness. The 20-year-old broke his wrist as a result. The two siblings were presumably drunk and were taken to hospital. The older brother is now facing charges of causing grievous bodily harm.
The incident necessitated an emergency response from medical services due to the brother's serious injuries. The escalated scuffle has led to criminal charges against the eldest sibling.
