Stock exchanges - Schott Pharma included in SDax: Dax unchanged
The shares of stock market newcomer Schott Pharma have been included in the SDax since Monday. The syringe and ampoule manufacturer was included in the index of smaller stocks below the MDax together with the investment company Mutares and the pump and valve manufacturer KSB. The Xing parent company New Work, the IT security service provider Secunet and the gaming provider Zeal Network have to leave the index. In the leading Dax index, everything remains the same.
In addition, companies below the Dax will swap places. The real estate specialist Aroundtown, the wafer manufacturer Siltronic and the bottling and packaging equipment manufacturer Krones will move up from the SDax to the MDax for mid-caps. On the other hand, the television group ProSiebenSat.1, the machinery and plant manufacturer Dürr and the industrial recycler Befesa will have to vacate their positions and move down to the SDax.
Such changes are particularly important for funds that replicate indices in real terms (physically replicating ETFs). They then have to be reallocated accordingly, which can have an impact on share prices.
